Amino Alliance

A supplement brand needed UGC ads and product photos.

Brief

Amino Alliance sells a supplement in a printed pouch. They needed realistic AI creator-style pieces to run as paid social: someone holding the product, talking to camera, saying what it is.

The requirement underneath that is volume. A paid social test needs the same person delivering several openings and several asks, and it needs them again next month when the offer changes.

Constraint

The pouch is a real printed object with a real mark on it, a real product name and a block of small type down the front. All of that has to be legible in a creator frame shot at arm's length in daylight, and none of it can be approximated.

A creator is also a person the audience will see more than once. If the face moves between one advert and the next, the whole set stops working, and no amount of good lighting saves it.

What I built

Creator pieces for paid social, presenter to camera, product in hand, plus product frames for the still placements.

Two presenters, both trained once and then reused across the set. The pouch in every frame is the same file, held to the same size and the same angle relative to the hand.

3 films from this one

A woman in a tan blazer holding an Amino Alliance pouch to camera in a bright office.
The office opening: a working professional, her own room, the pouch held where the label reads. Cut for the audience that wants the product explained by somebody who sounds like their colleague.
A man in a navy overcoat and grey scarf holding an Amino Alliance pouch to camera on an Amsterdam canal.
The same product, a different city and a different register. To camera on a canal, handheld, so the ad reads as a person who happens to be outside rather than a set that happens to be a canal.
A man in a charcoal running top holding an Amino Alliance shaker on a park path in winter.
The performance angle, mid-session, shaker in hand on a winter path. Same trained identity, a different audience and a different ask at the end.

How I built it

Identity Lock for the presenters, Phantom Set for the pouch, and both lines meet at the frame where a hand touches the packaging.

The presenter comes first: a casting brief, then twenty or more stills of one face at varied angles under even light, then a trained identity that carries across sessions without re-uploading a reference. After that the scene plates get built, the script gets three openings, and motion runs from the plates.

The pouch runs on the master plate. The label gate is the one that fails most often on a product like this, so the test is literal: zoom to full resolution and read every word on the front of the pouch. A fail goes back to the plate instead of into a retouching pass.

The hand gate covers where the two lines meet. Every frame where fingers touch the pouch gets frozen and checked, and a bad one gets rerolled or cropped above the wrist.

Where it landed

Delivered as creator pieces for paid social, with the trained presenters and the product plate handed over as reusable files.
